The Lagawe MDC One-MAAP is an enhanced program with the purpose of serving and promoting the welfare of the members which aim to provide financial assistance to the legal beneficiaries of a member upon his/her demise.
>> Sponsorship program
QUALIFICATIONS
- Member or children of members who are in good standing
- With General academic average of 85% with no failing grade
- Family income must not exceed 100,000.00 annually
- Permanent resident in the area of operation of the cooperative
- Not a recipient of other scholarship
REQUIREMENTS
- Duly accomplished application form
- Photo copy of birth certificate
- Photo copy of form 138
- Income tax return of parents
- Certificate of indigence from the MSWDO or barangay chairman
BENEFIT: 5,000.00/semester within 4 years but not to exceed 40,000.00
